Stroom Powersports is actively monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and evolving our response as additional information becomes available. We are focused on supporting our community by both continuing to be available to serve you and doing our part to limit the spread of COVID-19.

We are here to serve you in-person at our store and in all of our departments. We are maintaining our standard business hours. However, in an effort to help make sure you are comfortable doing business with us and to protect our Stroom Powersports team, we are asking for your help to minimize in-person interactions.

If you need assistance with sales, parts, or service, please consider calling ahead to Stroom Powersports. Here are opportunities we have to accomplish for each area of service we provide:

Vehicle Sales

We can take orders over the phone and deliver your unit directly to you for free or have your vehicle available to pick up at a designated location. Alternatively, if you would like to see specific units in-person, we can be sure to schedule an appointment to help you safely and easily do so.

Parts

Our parts departments are ready to assist you and take orders over the phone during normal business hours. You can request to have your parts placed outside for pickup and delivery can be arranged upon special request. Your local parts department can provide you with specific details and help make arrangements to best fit your needs.

We are asking that we limit all in-person interaction with our team of service technicians, and drive communication with them via our service management team or telephone/digital channels.

Yes, We're Open

When you do want to complete your business in-person at Stroom Powersports, we are here to support you. When you do visit our stores in person, we ask you to abide by the following protocols.

  • Maintain a minimum of six feet of personal space for our team.
  • Wear a mask while inside the store.
  • We are temporarily ceasing the trying-on of certain gear, especially helmets and googles.
  • We request that the touching of items in the store is limited only to those items you intend to purchase.

Our goal is to do everything possible to ensure our team stays healthy so they can continue to support all your sales, parts, and service needs this riding season.
